You ARE unique. SO BAKE YOUR CAKE.

Personal development and I are life partners.  Self-help soul mates. I have spent THOUSANDS (and thousands) on an eclectic mix of programs. Some absolutely transformational. Some not-so-much. All worth my time.

There is one common theme from every self-help system I have personally experienced or researched. It’s critical to self-love. Necessary for fulfillment.

OWNERSHIP.  Ugh. That whole RESPONSIBILITY thang.

Context International Training uses this powerful phrase to describe ownership, “I attract that to which me occurs.”  How you experience life will change when you fully embrace this concept.

I explain ownership as: “The sum of who I am is the collection of every aspect of me. I OWN my body, spirit & mind. This includes my thoughts and actions.  I absolutely, no holds barred, take responsibility for my life.”

The acknowledgment of acceptance. The realization of responsibility.

YA. WE GET IT.
WE REALLY, REALLY DO.

Here’s the thing. Taking charge of who you are, where you have come from and where you are going is only 1/2 of the ownership equation. It’s the equivalent of gathering all the ingredients to bake a double chocolate cake with cream cheese freakin’ icing and skor sprinkles….and then never actually baking it.

Sometimes we stop short of fully expressing who we are and what we are capable of because of the deep belief that who we are and what we are capable of is not unique enough. That someone else is already doing it. Better. Braver. Bolder.

BAKE THE CAKE.

Take ownership of your absolute uniqueness. The magic concoction of everything you.
No one can love or laugh like you do. Or shine your light. Or bake your cake.

THE IRREPLACEABLE ENERGY OF WHO YOU ARE IS A GIFT THIS WORLD NEEDS. OWN IT.

ADD FROSTING. REAL SUGAR. NONE OF THAT FAKE CRAP.

We are here to EMBRACE, EXPRESS and CELEBRATE our lives.
And to share it. Whipping cream and all.

ACCEPTING + EXPRESSING = 100% OWNERSHIP
