MEET TRISHA

Trisha Miltimore is an international keynote speaker, Certified Management Consultant (CMC), and leadership strategist helping organizations elevate performance through Contagious Leadership.

With over 25 years of experience spanning radio broadcasting and professional speaking, Trisha helps leaders communicate with clarity, strengthen connection, and shape the energy and culture around them.

She is the creator of the CARE to Lead framework (Connection, Accountability, Recognition, Energy), a practical leadership model used to help teams build stronger leadership and more engaged workplaces.

Known for her energy, humour, and practical insight, Trisha speaks across North America on leadership, communication, and WorkLife Wellness.

She is also the host of the Passion for Impact Podcast, where she explores leadership, resilience, and the human side of professional success.

Based in Kelowna, BC, Trisha is a mom of four, chocoholic, and an early-morning walker with her COVID-era Goldendoodle, Zola.

The Professional Journey

Trisha’s journey into leadership and communication started long before the keynote stage.

At 17, she found herself standing in front of a four-person judging panel competing for the Queen Silver Star title. Yes — a pageant. She didn’t win the crown, but she did win Top Talent for a wildly creative performance complete with dancing Village People, pyrotechnics, and a 12-foot flashing UFO prop. Even then, she loved one thing most: capturing a room’s attention and lifting its energy.

That early spark led to a career built around communication and leadership.

After earning a diploma in Professional Events Management, Trisha launched an on-air radio career before moving into public relations and eventually onto stages speaking about leadership and culture in schools, organizations, and conferences.

Raised in an entrepreneurial family, Trisha also opened her own retail business in 2004. That experience quickly taught her the realities of leadership, resilience, and navigating industries where being a young woman in charge wasn’t always welcomed.

Over the past two decades, Trisha has woven together experience in broadcasting, business ownership, consulting, and leadership development. Today, those experiences fuel the relatable stories and practical insights that define her keynotes, workshops, and leadership programs.

Through it all, Trisha has come to one clear belief: leadership is contagious.

The Personal Journey

Behind the keynote stage and consulting work, Trisha’s most important role is being a mom of four. Like many professionals she works with, she knows firsthand the daily balancing act of career, family life, and trying to enjoy the ride along the way.

Those real-life experiences shape the way she thinks about leadership, fulfillment, and WorkLife Wellness. Trisha believes the best leaders stay curious, adaptable, and courageous — both at work and at home.

She is also passionate about socially responsible business and meaningful impact, which led her to create the Passion for Impact Podcast, where she explores leadership, resilience, and the human side of professional success.

We are EXPERTS in audience engagement and the art of leveraging human connection to improve teams, companies and individuals. Plus we are fun to work with…on stage and off stage.
