Hello Youth Program & Education Leaders. We share something in common.

We are both EXPERIENCE ENGINEERS.

Today’s youth don’t need more information—they need experiences that help them find their voice, build confidence, and believe they have a place in the world.

My interactive sessions blend real-world expertise in communication, confidence, and leadership to create meaningful, high-energy experiences that actually stick.

I help youth step forward with clarity and courage—while supporting educators and organizations in building environments where students feel seen, capable, and ready to engage.

This page outlines customized sessions designed specifically for youth audiences—from middle school to post-secondary.

I understand the importance of bringing in speakers who can truly connect.
My role is to engage, empower, and elevate—so you look great as the organizer, and your students leave thinking differently about themselves and what they’re capable of.

More Than a Speaker — A Partner in Your Students’ Growth

I’m Trisha Miltimore — a speaker, communication coach, and mom of four who understands the real pressures young people are navigating today.

After 25 years on stage and behind the mic, I’ve learned this: the most impactful sessions don’t just deliver information, they help students see themselves differently.

My sessions blend humour, real stories, and practical tools to create an environment where students feel comfortable, engaged, and open to learning.

Whether we’re talking confidence, communication, or leadership, my goal is simple: to help students feel more capable, self-aware, and willing to step forward in their lives.

Because when students believe in their voice and their potential, everything else starts to shift.

Experiences That Stick (Not Just Another Assembly)

Beyond keynotes, I partner with schools and organizations to create customized experiences that go deeper than a one-time talk.

Using my core frameworks around confidence, communication, and contagious leadership, students learn how to:

  • Express themselves clearly

  • Navigate self-doubt and social pressure

  • Show up with confidence in everyday moments

  • Understand the impact they have on others

These sessions are interactive, relatable, and designed to meet students where they’re at — while gently challenging them to grow.

Available as assemblies, workshops, or multi-session programs, delivered in person or virtually.

Keynote Overviews + Learning Outcomes

  • Leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about how you show up.

In this interactive session, students explore how their energy, attitude, and actions influence others every single day.

    Students will:

    • Understand how behaviors spread (confidence, kindness, negativity, effort)

    • Recognize their influence in classrooms, teams, and friendships

    • Learn simple ways to positively impact their environment

    • Reflect on the kind of leader they want to be—right now

Outcome: Students see themselves as leaders today—not someday—and understand the ripple effect of their actions.

  • Confidence isn’t something you either have or don’t—it’s something you build in moments.

This practical session helps students navigate real-life situations where confidence matters:

    • Presenting in class

    • Speaking in groups

    • Meeting new people

    • Handling pressure or awkward moments

    Students will:

    • Learn simple techniques to manage nerves

    • Practice showing up with presence and clarity

    • Understand how body language and mindset impact confidence

    • Walk away with tools they can use immediately

Outcome: Students feel more prepared and capable in everyday situations that require confidence.

  • There are three common thoughts that hold people back from stepping forward:

    • Who am I to think I can?

    • Can I actually do it?

    • What will others think?

In this engaging session, students learn how to recognize and challenge these internal barriers.

    Students will:

    • Identify their own self-doubt patterns

    • Reframe limiting thoughts into empowering ones

    • Build confidence to try, speak up, and take action

    • Realize they are not alone in these feelings

Outcome: Students leave with language and tools to move through fear—not wait for it to disappear.

  • No two groups of students are the same — and they shouldn’t be treated that way.

From high-energy keynotes to interactive workshops, I offer flexible learning experiences designed to meet your students where they’re at—and move them forward.

Whether it’s a conference, classroom, or full school gathering, we’ll build something that connects, engages, and actually sticks.

Because the goal isn’t just a great session—it’s students who walk away thinking differently about themselves and what they’re capable of.
