ROCK YOUR LIFE | Week 2
So it begins.
Welcome back! Last week you decided on three Accountables to Practice Possibility. These Accountables are all about helping you take ACTION. To move forward with what you say you want. I had you create Accountables in your first week because I know that nothing changes EVER without action.
ACTION. The complete RYL Program is based on ACTION. Say it with me.....ACTION.
Action is required to GROW FORWARD.
You are here to make changes to your life. To tweak and evolve your mindset so that you can enjoy soul-centred success, a sense of peace, joy and fun. All of these things require consistent action. The only difference between being stuck and moving on is the effort (physical....but more mental) in breaking free. I like to think that the best way to do that is to take small, consistent and attainable action steps. So the action you are taking today is not about fixing...it is all about CREATING . This is the mindset I want you to embrace.
OWN THIS CONCEPT and it will change everything for you.
Deep down, beneath all of the shit that has happened to you and the hardships you have faced, you know that too. That is why you are here. So let's get started.
Some powerful questions to think about:

+ How are you giving yourself permission to move forward?
+ Are you willing to let go of who you think you are?
+ What are you willing to let go of?
+ Are you prepared to take care of yourself even in the face of service to others?
+ What does that look like?
+ Are you open to the truth that you deserve better treatment of yourself than others have given you in the past?
+ How are you going to prove that to yourself?
+ Can you be with your pain without it becoming who you are?
+ What support will you need to achieve that?
+ Can you see potential in your uniqueness?
+ What is your uniqueness?
+ Can you feel peace with what was so there will be enough energy to create what will be?
+ What does this type of peace look like?
Write your answers AND how you feel and about these questions in your journal or the PDF attached.

WEEK 2 LoveWork
BRING ON YOUR JUICE DAY!
As we shift your energy from being to becoming I am going to ask you to take a JUICE DAY. This is an entire day JUST FOR YOU. Do what will support and serve your sense of happy....and peace....and fun! Here are the rules though....'cause I know you will need these!
RULE #1: This is at least an 8 consecutive hour experience. You can not do two hours today and two more tomorrow with the rest on Friday kind of 'thang. CONSECUTIVE HOURS! This is important to your process--I need you to take the time for you and be committed to YOU.
JUICE DAY HOURS 1-4.
The first half of your day will be all about you BEING with yourself. What is it that you do that makes time melt away? What activities give you the most sense of joy and peace? Whatever those things are focus on doing them during the first 4 hours of your day. I want you to focus on being centred and connected with your body and thoughts.
RULE#2: While spending all of that glorious time just doing whatever makes your spirit smile be sure to focus on what you are for more than what you are against. Don't waste time with the should have's, could have's or would have's. THEY DO NOT SERVE YOU. This is really important. It takes discipline to stay in the moment of being. But believe me....without the ability to stay in the moment of "being"...."becoming" will not come easy. And life just does not have to be that hard.
JUICE DAY HOURS 4-8.
The last four hours of your JUICE DAY involve a mental shift from "being" to "becoming". I need you to take action. REV UP THAT SPIRIT SPEEDOMETER. Scare yourself by stretching your sense of YES I CAN. What does this look like to you? What can you do that will jolt your system into being awake, alive and ready for more? For everyone this looks different.
RULE #3: Be open to a little bit of crazy and a whole lot of courage.
I'm not just talking about things like jumping out of a plane! I'm talking about juicy delicious stuff from all facets of your life. Maybe it's making that call that you have been meaning to do? Or committing to something (like really really committing) you know you want. Take a step away from your shadow, take a look at yourself and think about what you can do to create spark in your spirit. Only you know the answer to this so don't go asking friends and family. THIS IS YOUR PROCESS.
RULE#4: Besides rules #1-3 there are no rules. Do whatever you want on your JUICE DAY but be sure that everything you choose supports you in a positive way.
NEXT STEPS
Email to me, by our next call together, a description of what you will do for your JUICE DAY. Complete the attached PDF and email back to me. Be as detailed as possible. The sky is the limit. It really is! Include date, locations and activities. It would be ideal if you can complete this LoveWork by Week 4 or 5.
