Greg Bickert, founder and CEO of Inspire Property Management is one of those humans who lives, in biz and beyond, as a value-centred impact leader. He started working in the strata industry in 2005 and worked up to Managing Broker (the highest non-owner position in the company). Ultimately he left that company due to a toxic workplace. In 2015 he took the plunge and founded Inspire. In this open conversation Greg shares from his heart about how past trauma fuels his leadership, compassion and policies.
