How do I move forward?

How many times have you found yourself in a position of change….forced upon by life circumstances or instigated by personal choices…that have left you dazed, confused and unsure of the why’s behind ANY OF IT. Life junctions, plagued by emotional turbulence and unrelenting thinking marathons, that leave both the body and mind exhausted.

THE BREAK UP.
FOUND LOVE.

THE LOST JOB.
THE NEW JOB.
CHALLENGES IN HEALTH.
THE WEIGHT OF TIME.
SOULS TAKEN. SOULS GAINED.
DEPARTURES. ENTRANCES.
COME-BACKS. LOSSES.
STAGNATION. RUTS.
SENSE OF STUCK.
SENSE OF  BLAH.

Sometimes the lack of  “milestone” moments inflame our sense of bewilderment and chaos. If nothing has changed…why do I feel this way? Why do the rumblings of discontent keep me feeling the need to feed. What am I hungry for?

If nothing has changed. That may be a part of the emotional upheaval. Because I can personally guarantee that YOU HAVE CHANGED. And your soul is hungry. So for your own happiness and joy please don’t ignore it’s need for nourishment.

TRUST THE TRANSITION.

Here are some thoughts on navigating the thick murky waters of change. Curated from the women (and men) I work with and from my own life as well. If something connects…trust that too. It’s no accident you are here, reading this, right now.

  • The desire for change is real. No matter your life circumstances (from the very blessed to the unfairly struggling) your life journey can only be calibrated from the direction of your soul. It’s cliché but true—follow your heart not your head. This requires connection and faith.

  • You simply CANNOT know what is coming up the pipeline for you. Stop trying to figure it out. Your wasting your energy and diverting focus from the opportunities of the here and now.

  • Wisdom from your life experiences will be shown to you when you are ready. It’s a fascinating aspect of destiny and personal growth. Trust that you will understand your WHY when you need to. Until then, learn to be comfortable with the uncomfortableness of being unsure.

  • Breathe. Deep breathes. 3 times.

  • This too shall more than pass…it will EVOLVE in relation to how open you are to moving forward.

  • Take action. Baby steps or giant leaps. That is up to you. Just don’t do NOTHING. Doing something will lead to something else. Every. Single. Time.

  • An inkling is your soul flickering it’s flame of desire. Remember that.

  • You require support, not saving. Remember that too.

You got this. You really do.
